Position: Assistant Manager / Manager International Sales (USA, Canada & Latin America)
Reporting To: AGM – Sales
Location: Mumbai / Kolhapur
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Professional to drive business development and revenue growth across North America and Latin America markets (USA, Canada, Mexico & LATAM).
The role will focus on expanding Data Center, OEM, and Channel Partner business in the Electrical & Electronic Components industry.
The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying recent business opportunities, and managing key international accounts to achieve aggressive export growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in USA, Canada, Mexico and LATAM markets.
- Drive sales growth in Data Centers, OEM customers, and Channel Partner networks.
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for international markets.
- Achieve export sales targets and profitability objectives.
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with large OEM customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic international customers.
- Develop long-term partnership strategies to increase market share.
3. Channel & Distributor Development
- Identify, appoint and manage distributors and channel partners across the region.
- Develop partner engagement programs, sales incentives, and joint business plans.
- Support partners with technical and commercial proposals.
4. Sales Operations & Commercial Management
- Lead the preparation of quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams for export order execution.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
