Creative Design

Design high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements, packaging, invitations, and exhibition material.Create visually compelling social media creatives across multiple platforms.Produce digital assets for websites, emailers, and online campaigns.Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously elevating the overall visual identity.Video & Motion ContentCreate and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos.Develop motion graphics, animations, reels, and promotional videos.Handle post-production including colour correction, sound, transitions, and visual effects where required.Brand & MarketingUnderstand each brand's positioning, tone of voice, and visual language.Conceptualize marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions,



and storytelling ideas.Contribute creative concepts instead of waiting for detailed instructions.Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to translate business objectives into impactful creative communication.AI-Driven Content CreationLeverage AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and content production.Use AI for ideation, copy generation, image enhancement, visual concepts, video creation, workflow automation, and creative experimentation.Stay updated with emerging AI tools and recommend better ways of producing high-quality marketing content.Creative OwnershipTake initiative to identify opportunities for current content and campaigns.Suggest improvements to existing creatives and marketing assets.Build creative systems, templates, and processes that improve consistency and efficiency.Proactively research global design, luxury branding, furniture, architecture, and interior design trends for inspiration
