Service Operations Executive
Base Location: Shivamogga
Territory to be Handled: Shivamogga, Chikkamagaluru, Davangere & Chitradurga
Maximum Salary: 30,000 per month
Call Load: Approximately 25K
Authorized Service Partners (ASPs): 6

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Executive to coordinate with Authorized
Service Centers and ensure productive after-sales service delivery across the assigned territory. The
role requires regular travel to upcountry locations for service support, partner coordination, and
operational monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Authorized Service Centers (ASPs) to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor service quality, TAT and customer satisfaction.




¢ Support issue resolution and escalate critical cases when required.
¢ Travel to upcountry locations to support service operations.
¢ Maintain service reports and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
¢ Ensure compliance with company service standards and processes.
Qualification
B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics.
Experience
45 years of experience in Service Operations, preferably in Consumer Durables or Small
Appliances.
