Overview
This role shall be overall responsible for the management of the Fluke service operations in India region. He/She shall be responsible for managing the Customer Service delivery, Customer satisfaction, Business development & People/talent management.

Responsibility
- Responsible to lead the Service business for India including managing operations activities for Test & Measuring instruments of Fluke brands.
- Develop and implement service strategies (repair and calibration). Responsible for establishing and managing the service revenue and operating profit with a real emphasis on Growing top and bottom line. Coordinate sales service with other departments and serves as a liaison with sales, marketing and manufacturing personnel.
- Develop local policies and procedures for the organizations in the customer service organization (Depot/Admin/Field Tech/Service Sales and Marketing).
- Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining quality service standards, assuring to maximize customer satisfaction.




- Responsible for managing and establishing Authorized Service Providers in the India region to improve local service support to Fluke customers and partners
- Build a robust team through effective selection, coaching, development and performance management.
- Comply with company’s policy and rules on business ethics.
