Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in MLOps, AI/ML lifecycle management, Databricks, and Python, along with experience building scalable Generative AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Drive DataOps and AIOps best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and optimize AI workflows using Databricks.
- Develop AI/ML applications using Python.




- Manage data annotation strategies and collaborate with annotation teams to improve model quality.
- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives.
- Establish AI governance, model monitoring, and performance optimization frameworks.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, Kubeflow, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with DataOps and AIOps frameworks.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI model deployment.
- Experience with data annotation platforms and dataset management.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
