Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in the Pune District. The Project Manager will oversee workspace design and turnkey implementation projects from planning through handover, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors; monitoring project progress; identifying and resolving risks; and ensuring quality, safety,



and compliance standards are met. The role involves managing procurement and logistics activities, supervising inspections and expediting processes, preparing project reports, and driving adherence to schedules and cost targets. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement of project management practices and contribute to building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Project Management skills in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ideally within interior design, construction, or turnkey solutions.
- Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Inspection capabilities, including overseeing quality checks, site audits, and adherence to technical and safety standards.
- Logistics Management skills for coordinating material movement, vendor schedules, and on-site deli
