Job description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate training, development programs, and certification tracking
- Execute employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities
- Maintain HR systems (eg, LMS, payroll, attendance) and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Support exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
- Assist with drafting policies and implementing HR best practices
