Role & responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatch and transportation activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and project sites.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, CRM, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
- Manage company-owned and hired vehicles for optimum utilization.
- Monitor vehicle movement, fuel consumption, maintenance, and driver performance.
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, PESO guidelines (preferred), and safety regulations.
- Develop relationships with transporters and negotiate freight rates.
- Resolve transportation delays and customer delivery issues.
- Maintain logistics MIS, dispatch records, and documentation.
- Control logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
- Lead and develop the logistics team to improve operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred).
- 48 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Experience in Mining, Explosives, Infrastructure, Construction, Cement, Steel, or Industrial manufacturing will be an advantage.
