Looking for a passionate and creative Videographer & Video Editor who can independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content for Leon's digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for food photography, cinematic videography, social media trends, and storytelling.

This role requires frequent travel to Leon's outlets for product shoots, campaign shoots, store launches, and behind-the-scenes content.

Videography
- Plan and execute professional video shoots across Leon's outlets.
- Shoot food, beverages, people, interiors, and lifestyle content.
- Capture campaign launches, new product launches, events, and store openings.
- Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and promotional videos.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, lights, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Ensure consistent visual quality aligned with Leon's brand guidelines.

Video Editing
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos.
- Add transitions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, captions, and animations.




- Color correct and grade footage for a premium look.
- Deliver videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Swiggy, Zomato, and website requirements.
- Maintain organized project files and backups.

Required Skills
- Strong videography and cinematography skills.
- Excellent video editing abilities.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movements.
- Experience shooting food and restaurant content is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cinematic transitions and storytelling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Media, Film, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
- 14 years of qualified experience in videography and editing.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
