Regional Manager – South
to lead sales operations for its Energy Products division. The role involves driving regional revenue growth, managing and developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening market presence across the South region of India.
Regions Covered
- Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- •Own and drive sales performance and revenue targets for the South regions
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team of minimum 4 to 5 members.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market penetration for energy products
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure effective forecasting, reporting, and review of sales performance
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.
Education & Experience
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Minimum
10 years of total experience
, with significant exposure to sales of
energy products
- Proven experience in managing large geographies and leading sales teams
