Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Certification in AutoCAD preferred.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural or landscape drafting.
- Experience in large residential, commercial or mixed-use , landscape projects is preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent AutoCAD drafting skills.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Knowledge of materials, levels, dimensions and construction methods.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
- Organized file management and documentation practices.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and quality of drawings.
- Timely completion of assigned documentation.
- Number of drawing revisions due to drafting errors.
- Compliance with office CAD standards.
- Effective coordination with consultants.
- Proper maintenance of drawing records and revisions.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays (1st & 3rd): Working as per office policy.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per month
