- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, valves, and pipelines.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Carry out alignment, fitting, assembly, and dismantling of machine parts.
- Replace worn-out bearings, seals, couplings, and other mechanical components.
- Maintain lubrication schedules and machine health.
- Inspect machinery regularly and report abnormalities.
- Ensure minimum downtime by attending machine breakdowns promptly.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily work reports.
