Job Summary

Map My Destination is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to manage the Ahmedabad branch and lead the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing daily branch operations, developing business opportunities and improving the performance of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage the overall sales activities and daily operations of the Ahmedabad branch.

* Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

* Assign leads and sales targets to team members.

* Monitor customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations and booking conversions.

* Develop strategies to increase sales of domestic and international tour packages.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, travel agents and business partners.





* Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

* Train sales executives on destinations, packages, customer handling and sales techniques.

* Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers.

* Handle important customer queries, complaints and escalations.

* Coordinate with the operations, ticketing, visa and accounts teams for smooth booking execution.

* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

* Identify recent markets, corporate clients and business development opportunities.

* Ensure that the branch follows company policies, processes and service standards.

* Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales employees.
Required Skills

* Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
