Job Description:

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist, Project Management to support the delivery of strategic global transformation initiatives across People Operations.

This role will partner closely with the Global Project Director and functional teams to lead and coordinate high-impact projects that drive operational excellence, standardization, governance, digital transformation, and employee experience improvements across a complex global environment spanning more than 100 countries.

The successful candidate will operate as an individual contributor, leading projects independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions, functions, and levels of the organization. This role requires robust project management capabilities, business acumen, advanced analytics skills, and a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery




- Lead and manage global People Operations transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation with the regions/functions.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate activities across diverse stakeholder groups, including HR leaders, functional experts, vendors, and project teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and project interdependencies.
- Establish clear governance structures, project plans, milestones, and success metrics.

Transformation & Process Improvement
- Support the design and implementation of global transformation initiatives aligned with the People Operations strategy.
- Analyze existing operating models, processes, and organizational capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop recommendations and implementation roadmaps to improve operational effectiveness, compliance, and employee experience.
