Job Title: IT Infra Lead

Exp: 3+ Years Exp in Networking & Desktop Support

Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM

Network and Administration -

1. Developed and managed recent and existing IT infrastructure, built and configured LAN/WAN infrastructure.

2. Managed networks across locations, including routers, firewalls, switches, leased lines.

3. Initiated automated system-level backup (online/offline) scripts and Robocopy-based user data backups.

4. Handled and troubleshot Access Control and Time Attendance systems.

5. Configured and troubleshot routers, Wi-Fi access points and modems. 6. Managed leased line Primary/Secondary, point-to-point and broadband connections across the locations.

7. Administered and maintained multiple email systems, monitoring mail routing,

8. Performance and server usage, first-level support for email issues.

9. Designed networks for upcoming locations and maintained updated network diagrams.

10. Define Backup strategies for NAS, Firewall, DHCP, Active Directory, VM's etc.

Monitored networks using MRTG.

Firewall -

1. Firewall Mange and Config, Backup, Server Patch Update, Troubleshoot, Network, Routers Access Point.

2. Configured, administered and documented firewall infrastructure using Cyberoam and Checkpoint.

3. Created and managed users, groups, and Web/Application Filter policies, maintained access restrictions by user, IP or time window.

4. Added interfaces, created NAT policies and port forwarding rules, managed VPN policies (IPsec, SSL, PPTP, L2TP) and performed firmware upgrades.

Cloud Servers -

1. AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

2. Knowledge of cloud Servers, AWS EC2 & S3 Instance.

3. Basic knowledge of Linux OS & Commands.

Desktop Support -

1. Good knowledge of Windows/Ubuntu OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, and end-user computing environments.
