Accountabilities
As a Senior AI Engineer,



you will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions. You will be responsible for building autonomous AI capabilities, improving system performance, and creating scalable workflows that combine AI-driven automation with human validation.
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate virtual pre-construction, building plan interpretation, and estimation workflows.
- Build agentic AI workflows capable of extracting information, understanding geometry, identifying materials, and executing multi-step estimation processes.
- Develop AI-powered solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate complex operational workflows.
- Integrate modern AI technologies and LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, AutoGen, and similar tools into production environments.
