Experience
4–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle and handle change requests effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into high-quality solutions.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
- Experience in
Government, Education, PSU, or Digital Transformation
projects is preferred.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and documentation.
- Knowledge of
website development
and
CMS projects
.
- Familiarity with
GIGW guidelines
, accessibility standards, and government approval processes is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
