Role Summary

As a Telesales Executive (Business Development Representative), you will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team by engaging with prospective customers through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. You will initiate conversations with key decision-makers, understand customer challenges, qualify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline that contributes directly to LogisticsNow's growth.

What You'll Own

✅ Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.

✅ Engage with enterprise decision-makers across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, and other industries.

✅ Qualify customer requirements and schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Enterprise Sales team.

✅ Manage inbound inquiries, marketing-generated leads, and follow-up activities.

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.





✅ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support revenue growth.

What You'll Do
✅ Outbound Prospecting

Identify and connect with prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
✅ Lead Qualification

Understand customer business challenges, assess requirements, and qualify opportunities based on business needs and sales criteria.
✅ Appointment Setting

Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the Enterprise Sales team with qualified prospects.
✅ Customer Engagement

Build relationships with business leaders, supply chain professionals, and enterprise stakeholders through consultative conversations.
✅ CRM Management

Maintain accurate customer information, activity logs, pipeline updates, and follow-up schedules using CRM platforms.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration
