Job Summary

The Accounts Manager / Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's accounting, finance, taxation, budgeting, statutory compliance, banking, cash flow, and financial reporting functions. The role requires coordination with project teams, auditors, banks, government authorities, and senior management to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and effective fund management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts as per Accounting Standards and applicable laws.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and monitor the finance team.

Real Estate & Construction Accounting
- Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, and profitability.
- Track project expenses,



contractor bills, work orders, and customer receivables.
- Verify running account (RA) bills and subcontractor payments.
- Coordinate with project engineers for project financial controls.
- Maintain inventory records for construction materials and fixed assets.

Hotel Finance
- Monitor hotel revenue, operating expenses, payroll, and vendor payments.
- Review daily revenue reports and occupancy-related financial reports.
- Ensure proper accounting of food & beverage, room revenue, and other operational income.

Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking operations, working capital, term loans, overdraft facilities, and project finance.
- Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, renewals, and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely availability of funds.
- Handle bank reconciliations and fund planning.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Profes
