Job Description

Edexe Learning is looking for passionate and knowledgeable UGC NET Paper I Faculty to deliver high-quality online classes in Research Aptitude (RA) and People, Development & Environment (PDE). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to conduct engaging, concept-based, and exam-oriented sessions that help students excel in the UGC NET examination.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for UGC NET Paper I (Research Aptitude / People, Development & Environment).
- Deliver structured, concept-oriented, and exam-focused sessions.
- Prepare high-quality PPTs, class notes, assignments, and topic-wise practice questions.
- Discuss previous year UGC NET questions and exam strategies.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus as per the academic schedule.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding class schedules and content planning.




- Submit PPTs and practice questions before the scheduled classes as per academic guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UGC NET syllabus, exam pattern, and question trends.
- Contribute to the development of quality academic content and learning resources.

Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Research Aptitude (RA) or People, Development & Environment (PDE).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts through practical examples.
- Comfortable delivering online classes using virtual teaching platforms.
- Solid content preparation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and student-friendly learning materials.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.
