Job Summary

SRE Lead | 7-8 yrs

Solid SME experience in SRE principles + DevOps practices
Production support lead experience (L1/L2, 247 support, incident management, RCA)

Hands-on monitoring & observability tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, LGTM, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk)

Strong troubleshooting skills for production / cloud / microservices environments

Good Linux + networking + Security fundamentals

Experience with automation / scripting (Python / others)

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Hands-on with Kubernetes / containerized environments

Experience in IoC and Configuration Management tools (Terraform & Ansible)

Exposure to CI/CD, release pipelines, and deployment readiness activities

Strong exposure to large-scale systems / high availability production environments

Knowledge of database fundamentals (SQL + NoSQL optimization)
