We are currently hiring for a Security Manager for a large residential gated community project in Bagalur, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement security policies and SOPs

✔ Lead and supervise the security team

✔ Ensure 24/7 security coverage across the project

✔ Manage visitor access, entry/exit points, and vehicle movement

✔ Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies

✔ Oversee CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems

✔ Conduct security audits and inspections

✔ Train and mentor security personnel

✔ Submit regular reports to the management

Eligibility:

Retired Police Officer or Ex-Defence Personnel (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary preferred)

Minimum 10 years of service experience





Experience managing security operations for large residential communities, townships, industrial facilities, or commercial properties

Strong leadership, crisis management, and team management skills

Willing to stay at the project site (Accommodation & Food Provided)

? Location: Bagalur, Bengaluru

? Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
