Main Duties Scope of the role
- Oversee team efforts to ensure high partner satisfaction by monitoring response times and the accuracy of daily reports.
- Ensure that the team collectively meets or exceeds the Final Choice (FC) targets assigned for the financial year.
- Ensure that the team attends all designated university and internal training sessions to stay current with industry knowledge.
- Ensure that the team accurately tag FC-ed students for proper commission allocation.
- Shortlisting and Profiling of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Processing: Overseeing the end-to-end student application process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to institutional guidelines.
- Document Verification for Admission Processes: Conducting thorough verification of student documents to ensure authenticity and compliance with university admission requirements.
- Research and Evaluation of Academic Credentials: Assessing and validating academic qualifications in alignment with global education standards and institutional criteria.
- Document Audit and Compliance:
Ensuring that all student documentation adheres to established compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
- Document Control and Management: Implementing systematic procedures for the secure handling, storage, and retrieval of documents to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Upholding the highest standards of data security, ensuring that student records and sensitive information are protected against unauthorized access.
- Technological Integration for Document Verification: Leveraging advanced digital tools and technology to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and security of document verification processes.
