Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK/EU IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with UK/EU employment regulations, data protection standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology positions across the UK and Europe.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, skilled networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical and functional competencies.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management and onboarding processes.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads,



and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to UK and EU employment regulations, GDPR requirements, right-to-work verification, and recruitment best practices.
- Verify candidate work authorization, visa eligibility, and employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within ATS systems.

Candidate & Market Engagement
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technology roles.
- Stay updated on UK/EU labor market trends, immigration policies, and recruitment practices.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
