As a Change Management & Adoption Architect / Consultant, you will lead the planning and execution of change initiatives that support successful Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption. You will work closely with stakeholders, users, and project teams to create effective communication, training, and engagement strategies that enable smooth technology transitions.
- Develop and implement tailored change management and user adoption strategies aligned with organizational workflows and business objectives.
- Identify impacted stakeholders, user groups, and business areas to create comprehensive change plans.
- Monitor adoption progress, analyze feedback, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and adoption outcomes.
- Create awareness campaigns that clearly communicate the benefits, impact, and practical applications of AI-powered workplace solutions.
