About the Role

This isn't a desk job. You'll be the person standing in front of a packed auditorium at a client's Hyderabad office, running a live product demo — holding your own with senior leadership in the room while making sure the person at the back who's never used a fintech app doesn't feel lost. Every launch is a live event — high visibility, high energy, zero room for a flat delivery. You'll own the moment from the stage, and the relationship long after the crowd disperses.

What You'll Do





Own the launch experience
- Lead live, in-person product demonstrations at high-profile company launch events — the kind where leadership is watching and the whole floor is in the room
- Design and deliver a demo flow that lands equally well with a CHRO, a team lead, and a fresh graduate
- Be the primary on-ground voice of the brand — confident, quick on your feet, comfortable holding a mic

Drive adoption and conversion
- Convert launch-day footfall into actual sign-ups and activations, using consultative, relationship-first selling rather than a hard pitch
- Read a room and adapt — the same event can have a boardroom crowd in the morning and a shop-floor crowd by afternoon
- Track and report event-level numbers: footfall, demo-to-signup conversion, engagement quality

Sustain the relationship
- Stay the go-to point of contact for client HR/POCs after the launch dust settles, resolving issues and keeping
