The Role

This is a high-ownership, full-stack digital marketing role focused on driving revenue through NESTA's own website (D2C). You will own the entire funnel — from paid acquisition to post-purchase retention — and will be directly responsible for growing website revenue, improving marketing efficiency, and building a loyal repeat-purchase customer base.

This is not a team management role to start — we're looking for a strong individual contributor who can roll up their sleeves, run campaigns hands-on, and build systems from the ground up.

What You'll Own

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
- Own CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets for the D2C channel
- Build and test audience strategies — cold, lookalike,



and retargeting — with a structured testing framework
- Manage creative briefs and work closely with the design/content team to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Optimize landing pages and product pages for conversion in coordination with the tech team

Retention Marketing
- Own the complete lifecycle marketing program — email, WhatsApp
- Build automated flows for welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and replenishment
- Develop and manage a segmentation strategy using RFM or similar frameworks to personalize communication
- Drive repeat purchase rate, LTV, and reactivation of lapsed customers
- Manage loyalty or referral program initiatives

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key D2C metrics: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, ROAS, CAC, LTV
- Use data to identify growth levers and course-correct campaigns quickly
- Own the marketing dashboard and provide weekly/monthly performance reviews
