We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Sales Executive to expand our business in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Identify and acquire current corporate clients, builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Promote the company's commercial interior fit-out solutions and products.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability.




- Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system regularly.

Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Good commercial and pricing knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
