We are looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can build systems, scale operations, lead cross-functional teams, and work directly with the Founder & CEO to execute the company's vision.

Contract StructurePhase 1 – Initial Contract (First 3 Months)

The selected candidate will initially join on a




3-month performance-based contract
.

During this period, the COO will be responsible for establishing operational excellence, building scalable systems, strengthening execution across departments, and contributing to overall business growth.

Performance will be reviewed continuously throughout the contract period.

Phase 2 – Full-Time Employment

Upon successful completion of the initial three-month contract and achievement of agreed milestones, the candidate will be offered a
full time Chief Operating Officer position
with AdxReel.

The transition to full-time employment will be based on:

- Leadership effectiveness
- Team-building capability
- Process implementation
- Product execution
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Business growth contribution
- Overall performance review by the Founder & CEO
