Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily production activities as per the approved production schedule.
- Monitor bus body fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, stores, quality, and project teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of bus bodies.

Manufacturing Operations
- Supervise chassis mounting, structure fabrication, sheet metal work, welding, paneling, flooring, interior fitments, and finishing activities.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Quality Control
- Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Monitor product quality at every stage of manufacturing.




- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections and corrective actions.
- Reduce rework, rejection, and material wastage.

Resource Management
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively across production activities.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate maintenance requirements.
- Ensure availability of materials and consumables for uninterrupted production.
- Control production costs through effective resource utilization.

Process Improvement
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Suggest automation and process optimization opportunities.
