We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Principal Financial Analyst with strong analytical and business partnering skills to support the Global Business Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who drives continuous process improvements, leverages automation to enhance operational efficiency, and delivers explicit, concise, and actionable financial insights to senior leadership. About the role:

This role required working on financial support for business areas through financial analysis, budgeting, planning & forecasting to facilitate decision-making and future business strategies. This role requires supporting a global team in the US; hence, the working hours will be
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (night shift).

Job Description:

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for:
- Providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control.




- Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results and preparation of the annual budget.
- Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc. on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Prepares recommendations based on analyses.
- May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount-driven expense analysis at the cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- May participate in cross-functional programs and projects.
