About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as a SailPoint specialist, contributing your expertise to identity governance projects within a agile team.

Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage SailPoint identity governance solutions to enhance security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy access management strategies.
- Analyze business requirements to configure SailPoint deployments effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management and access provisioning.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes for audit readiness.

Required skills and experience
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint identity governance platforms.




- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Proven ability to configure and integrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving identity management challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with IAM compliance frameworks and audit processes.
- Knowledge of related security technologies and standards.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
