Role Description
The Asst. Manager Events – Sales & Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning and executing events, including private and corporate functions, in coordination with internal hotel departments and external stakeholders. Daily tasks include managing event inquiries, preparing proposals, conducting site visits,



and overseeing event logistics from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up. The position involves driving event sales, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating packages, and ensuring events meet brand standards and guest expectations. The Asst. Manager will also monitor budgets, track event performance, and support operational improvements to enhance overall event quality and profitability.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, including coordination of private and corporate events.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing event-related business.
