We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across creative, marketing, and sales functions, along with strong knowledge of various hiring platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand job requirements and align with hiring managers
- Close positions within defined timelines

2. Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals (Indeed, free job portals)
- LinkedIn sourcing
- Employee referrals and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Shortlist candidates as per role requirements

3. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and joining

4. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases




- Generate basic reports using MS Excel
- Track hiring metrics and pipeline

Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Indeed and free job portals
- LinkedIn sourcing and hiring tools
- Referral-based hiring
- Experience hiring for creative, marketing, and sales profiles
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data tracking, reports)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
