Overview

Earthen Story is an Indian organic food brand. We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to help us build our Mumbai sales channel across offices, stores, institutions, cafes, corporates, gifting buyers, and other high-potential B2B accounts.

This is a ground-up sales role. You will identify leads, speak to prospects, follow up over phone, email and WhatsApp, visit accounts when needed, build a pipeline, and help convert early B2B customers for Earthen Story.

What you will do

· Build a list of potential B2B customers across Mumbai: offices, stores, cafes, institutions, corporates, gifting buyers, and wellness-focused partners.

· Take initiative to test new customer segments, outreach angles, and sales motions instead of waiting for a fixed playbook.

· Call, WhatsApp, email,



and meet prospects to explain Earthen Story and understand their buying needs.

· Create and manage a simple sales pipeline with clear next steps, follow-ups, and conversion status.

· Help close first orders, repeat orders, and trial partnerships.

· Coordinate internally on pricing, samples, product availability, dispatch, and customer feedback.

· Learn what different customer segments want and bring structured feedback to the team.

· Use basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets/CRM-style trackers to keep sales work organized.

Who you are

· Comfortable speaking to new people over phone, WhatsApp, and in person.

· Persistent without being pushy; you can follow up professionally and keep momentum.

· Entrepreneurial and high-energy; you enjoy building from zero, opening doors, and figuring out what works.

· Valuable basic English and Hindi communication; Marathi is a plus.

· Interested in food, wellness, organic products, or consumer brands.
