The Role

We're looking for someone who can do two things well: help our customers get the most out of TXTImpact, and help new customers see why they should choose us. Focusing into outbound and inbound sales as well as customer support.This is a blended customer service and sales role, so you'll spend your days answering questions, solving problems, onboarding new accounts, and turning interested prospects into happy long-term customers.

is comfortable learning a software product inside and out, and gets satisfaction from both closing a deal and fixing a customer's problem.

What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound customer questions by email, chat, and phone — troubleshooting issues, explaining features, and making sure customers feel taken care of.
- Onboard new customers and walk them through setup, best practices, and how to get results with the platform.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and product demos, understanding what a prospect needs and showing them how TXTImpact fits.
- Follow up with trial users and leads to answer questions, remove blockers, and help them convert to paid plans.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade or expand existing accounts based on how customers are using the platform.
- Work with the technical team to escalate bugs, relay customer feedback, and help shape the product roadmap.
