What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Recruit for Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, internal databases, and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
- Screen candidates for technical, communication, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and candidates.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.

Required Skills & Experienc
- e3+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
- .Robust experience working with Implementation Partner
- .Strong experience working with C2C,



W2 and 1099
- .Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle
- .Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
- .Experience recruiting for Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, Data, AI/ML, Software Development, QA, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and other technical roles
- .Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- .Experience working in a fast-paced staffing environment
- .Ability to prioritize multiple open requirements simultaneously
- .Self-motivated with minimal supervision
