Call Handling: Manage high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.Query Resolution: Address client complaints, provide product/service information, and troubleshoot basic issues.Data Entry: Accurately update CRM systems with call logs, customer data, and follow-up actions.Sales & Lead Generation (If Applicable): Make outbound calls to pitch products, set appointments, or follow up on sales leads.
