About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our admissions team.

This is primarily a telesales and admissions counselling role, where you will be responsible for converting prospective students into successful admissions through effective counselling, cold calling, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate admissions through cold calling, follow-up calls, and lead conversion.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission procedures.




- Convert enquiries into admissions by understanding students' educational and career goals.
- Build and maintain a healthy admissions pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling or Telesales
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid telesales and cold-calling experience.
