Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Vendor Management. Plan and execute procurement of construction, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
- Manage vendors/suppliers and negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost optimisation.
- Develop long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Material Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and store teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites to avoid work stoppage.
- Monitor consumption and minimise wastage.
- Cost Control & Budgeting
- Ensure procurement is within approved project budgets.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain records of purchases, vendor agreements, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ensure compliance with GST statutory norms,



and company policies.
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and timely payment.
- Inventory & Store Coordination
- Coordinate with storekeepers for stock management and inventory control.
- Ensure proper material reconciliation and reporting.
- Provide regular MIS to management regarding procurement status.

Experience & Qualification

5–6 years of experience within the construction/building industry.

Experience handling multi-site projects preferred.

Graduate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
