JOB ROLE_
Customer Relationship Executive - Outbound & Inbound*
*Role*: Call the customers and explain about TallyPrime/ERP 9 licenses and AMC to recent + existing customer
*Key Duties*:
- *Inbound*: Handle calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp/email inquiries. Do product demos.
- *Outbound*: Cold call, visit CA firms & SMEs to generate leads and close sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets for licenses, upgrades, and renewals.
- Coordinate installation, training, and basic support.
*Requirements*:
- Graduate. Basic accounting + Tally knowledge.
- Good communication in English + Telugu/Hindi.
- Bcom or Any Graduates can apply
- Skils_ Tally knowledge.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
