As the founder, I am looking for a seasoned sales leader who has built FMCG businesses—not just managed them.

Initially, you will act as my strategic sales partner, helping establish the systems, people, and processes that will become the backbone of our commercial organization.





Your success will be measured by what you build, not by the number of meetings you attend.

Your Mission

Over the next 12–18 months, help Modern Taste build a scalable sales engine by:
- Designing the complete sales organisation structure.
- Defining distributor appointment criteria and expansion strategy.
- Building scalable primary and secondary sales processes.
- Creating KPI dashboards and reporting systems.
- Hiring, mentoring and evaluating Sales Officers, Territory Managers, ASMs and future RSMs.
- Establishing sales SOPs, beat plans, review mechanisms and market execution standards.
- Coaching the founder on sales leadership and strategic decisions.
- Supporting key distributor meetings and negotiations.
- Developing expansion strategies for Eastern & North-Eastern India.
