Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and self-driven Freelance HR Recruiters to support our recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT and Non-IT positions across various industries.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and personal networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.




- Good understanding of recruitment life cycle.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous recruitment or HR experience is preferred.
