Role Overview

We're looking for an AI-first, high-ownership operator to work as a strategic extension of the Founder/CEO on Zintlr's highest-priority initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and execution — you'll drive mission-critical projects end-to-end, bring structure to ambiguous problems, and act as a force multiplier across the leadership team.

We think of AI as a default operating layer, not an add-on. You should instinctively reach for AI tools to move faster, think sharper, and build leverage — whether that's research, analysis,



content, or workflow automation. This is not a support role. You'll own outcomes, not just track them.

Key Responsibilities

Founder's Office & Strategic Execution
- Partner directly with the Founder/CEO to define and drive business priorities across the company
- Own 2–3 high-impact projects end-to-end, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problem statements
- Steer ongoing founder-led initiatives, removing blockers before they slow execution

AI-First Execution & Leverage
- Use AI as your default tool across research, analysis, drafting, and decision support
- Identify and build AI-led and automation workflows that create leverage across the business (forecasting, lead scoring, personalization, ops automation)
- Track and measure the ROI of AI-led initiatives; scale what works
- Stay ahead of the AI tooling curve and
