JobPurpose

To support branchand regional technical risk operations by ensuring timely propertyvaluations, APF/Non-APF/CF approvals, vendor coordination, TAT compliance, andprocess adherence, while providing data and insights to RTM for portfolio riskmanagement and operational excellence.

KeyResponsibilities

1.Technical Execution Support
- Conduct and review APF, Non-APF, and CF cases under delegated authority.
- Ensure property site visits, valuations, and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Flag exceptions, high-value, or red-category cases for RTM review.

2. TATQuality Compliance
- Monitor TAT adherence for branch and vendor submissions.
- Track First-Time-Right (FTR) performance , identifying errors or rework areas.
- Support query resolution and provide root-cause insights to RTM.

3. VendorCoordination
- Coordinate with vendors and valuation agencies to ensure timely submission and quality compliance.
- Track vendor outputs, escalate performance issues to RTM or Lead.
- Assist in vendor training and onboarding initiatives as guided by RTM/Lead.

BranchBusiness Support
- Assist branches in APF / CF case generation within approved risk parameters .
- Support high-value or complex cases in compliance with technical policies .
- Provide feedback to RTM on branch-level risk trends, exceptions, and performance gaps.

5.Compliance Audit Support
- Ensure branch-level activities comply with technical policies, regulatory norms, and audit requirements .
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit and regulatory readiness .
- Support RTM/Lead in audit responses and evidence provision.

6.Reporting Insights
- Prepare branch/regional MIS reports on TAT, FTR, vendor performance, and query trends.
- Highlight operational bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions to RTM.
- Track progress of delegated tasks, escalations, and branch compliance.

RequiredQualicationsand Skills:

GraduateinCivilEngineering / Architecture (mandatory).
