Job Description: Sales Executive – Study Abroad Advisor

Job Type: Full-time.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Based out of our Mumbai office).

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Performance Incentives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Executive (Study Abroad Advisor) to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents aspiring for international higher education. Your primary focus will be converting leads into admissions by understanding student goals, explaining global university options, and demonstrating how our counseling services ensure their success.

This is a target-driven role that combines inside sales, educational counseling, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Dialing: Actively call high-intent leads (students and parents) to understand their study abroad aspirations and schedule consultation sessions.
2. Conduct Product Demos: Walk families through our platform, university shortlisting tools,



and full-stack counseling services via virtual or in-person demos.
3. Educational Consulting: Guide students on various country options (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.), intake timelines, eligibility criteria, and the end-to-end admission process.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
5. CRM Management: Maintain meticulous logs of daily calls, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in our CRM system to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or EdTech Sales (experience in the study abroad or test-prep sector is a massive plus).
2. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to build instant rapport with parents and teenagers.
