About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our business development and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the business development function.

The candidate should have solid expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms for prospecting, networking, lead generation, relationship building, and business growth.



We are looking for someone who understands how to leverage digital platforms to identify decision-makers, engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall business development strategy and growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms for prospecting, networking, outreach, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, referrals, partnerships, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, decision-makers, business owners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and business alliances.
