We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Simmons.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving product sales, building lasting relationships

with customers, and helping us expand our market presence. If you have a passion for sales, love

Key Responsibilities

 Drive Sales: Present, promote, and sell Simmons products to prospective customers to

meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

 Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, provide expert product

recommendations, and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

 Lead Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of sales, customer

interactions, and pipelines using digital tools.

 Compliance & Standards: Follow all company policies, ethical sales practices, and

industry regulations (compliance) during every transaction.





Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in a sales or customer-

facing role.

 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be

able to pitch confidently and build immediate rapport with clients.

 Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

 Tech Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking

sales data and generating simple reports.

 Compliance Awareness: A solid understanding of what compliance means in a business

environment (adhering to rules, protecting customer data, and maintaining ethical

standards).
