About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across our hospitality properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality training, employee development, service excellence, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies across multiple hotel/resort properties.
- Design and deliver induction, technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training calendars.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and SOPs.
- Drive guest service excellence through continuous learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT)



sessions and mentor departmental trainers.
- Monitor employee performance and support succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain training records, reports, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Promote employee engagement and a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and training schedules.
- Leadership, coaching, and team development expertise.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, HR, or a related field.
- Certification in Learning & Development or Training (preferred).

Experience
- 10 - 12 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
