Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Junior Business Consultant with strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent understanding of business needs and translating them into functional requirements.

In addition to consultant responsibilities,



the candidate should possess a commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services that deliver additional value to clients. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and industry exposure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and convert them into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements aligned with ERP best practices.
- Create process maps, workflows, use cases, and business process models.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, development teams, QA teams, and solution architects throughout the project lifecycle.
